Ini gara-gara saya merubah Call Divert yang ada di menu REMOTE CONTROL.
PENGATURAN>Pengaturan Pengamanan>Remote Control>Preset Command.
Saya merubah kata "Call Divert" menjadi "PengalihanPanggilan", setelah saya OK, beberapa detik kemudian MITO 838 ini langsung shut down dengan sendirinya.
Saya hidupkan ulang MITO 838, beberapa detik kemudian MITO 838 shut down lagi. Hal ini berulang-ulang terus sampai saya pusing.
Lalu saya melepas semua SIM card di slot 1 & 2 serta memory card. Hp di-on kan lagi. Hp hidup normal selama 1/2 jam....
Saya coba masukkan SIM card ke slot 1. Masih shut down juga.
Saya coba lagi masukkan SIM card ke slot 2 (slot 1 kosong).
MITO hidup normal. Sy coba masukkan SIM card lain yang rusak ke slot 1, normal selama 1 jam. Saya coba masuk ulang ke menu Remote Control & mengganti kembali teks "PengalihanPanggilan" menjadi "Call Divert". Lalu OK.
Normal selama 1/2 jam.
MITO 838 saya off kan lagi, lalu ganti kembali dengan kartu yang biasa saya pakai. Memory card juga saya masukkan kembali. MITO di-on kan lagi & normal kembali MITO 838 ku.
